MINISTRY CONSULTING

As a ministry consultant, I provide strategic planning services, program development services, and evaluation and assessment services. I work with churches to create effective outreach programs that align with their mission and vision and engage their members and community.

To determine the needs of a church's community, I conduct research and analysis of local demographics, conduct surveys or interviews with community members, and work closely with church leadership to identify areas of need.

I measure the impact of a church's outreach program through data collection and analysis, such as tracking attendance and participation rates, conducting surveys to gauge community feedback, and evaluating the program's success in achieving its stated goals.

To develop a strategic plan for outreach, I work collaboratively with church leaders to identify their core values, vision, and goals for outreach. I help them assess their current outreach programs and make recommendations for improvement, and then work with them to develop a comprehensive plan that addresses their specific needs and aligns with their mission and vision.

To ensure sustainability for the long-term, I work with churches to develop realistic and feasible plans that align with their resources and capabilities. I also help them identify potential funding sources and create a plan for ongoing evaluation and assessment to measure the program's impact and make necessary adjustments as needed.
